I've been on this boat.
This broker sold our 245 Sundowner in Spring of '07. This 268-V came in while we were readying the 245 for a sea trail, for the eventual buyer. The boat looked pretty clean, and was from someplace in the south-east.

We passed, due to the lower price, lower hours, super clean and non-painted bottom of the one we got (no heat/AC & gen though).
Since it's been there for 2-years (!) .... it is likely "negotiable", but the price in '08 was about $50K, so, the current $30K may be the bottom price. Remember, the broker gets 10%.
It's about 30-min from where I work. I can check it out if you need. Additionally, the surveyor that the broker suggested, for the buyers of our 245, was about $100 or $150 and was a good guy.
